How do appointment fees work?
The appointment fee you pay will be fully credited toward your purchase within 30 days of your initial appointment. This allows you to enjoy a seamless and valuable experience as you make this special choice.
What If I Need to Reschedule or Cancel My Appointment?
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule free of charge. However, please note that appointment fees are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel, the fee will not be returned, but we will happily assist you in rescheduling with proper notice. Thank you for your understanding as we work to provide each client with dedicated time and attention.

How Many Guests Can I Bring to My Appointment?
Our boutique can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in the bridal area and up to 3 guests in the evening fashion area. If you’d like to include more people, we offer virtual options so that friends and family can join remotely and be part of your special experience.
Can I Walk In Without an Appointment?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate walk-ins. To ensure each client receives a dedicated, personalized experience with a stylist, we operate by appointment only. Please schedule your visit in advance to enjoy our exclusive one-on-one service.
