What If I Need to Reschedule or Cancel My Appointment?
Do you have all dresses displayed on your website available to try on?
Papilio is both a designer and producer, not just a retail boutique. We currently have over 800 styles in production, created in our European ateliers. Because of this made-to-order model, it isn’t possible — or necessary — for our showroom to physically carry every design as a sample.
Instead, our Toronto boutique features a carefully curated selection of 150–200 showroom samples, chosen to represent a wide range of silhouettes, structures, fabrics, and design details. If a specific style you love isn’t available to try on, our stylists will guide you through similar gowns, fabric swatches, and lookbooks so you can confidently assess fit, feel, and overall aesthetic before placing an order.
This approach allows us to focus on high-quality craftsmanship, premium fabrics, and thoughtful construction, while keeping our pricing accessible and our collections expansive. How Many Guests Can I Bring to My Appointment?
Our boutique can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in the bridal area and up to 3 guests in the evening fashion area. If you’d like to include more people, we offer virtual options so that friends and family can join remotely and be part of your special experience.
