A lot of brides feel overwhelmed now, during this coronavirus crisis. Some brides have had to cancel their weddings until further notice. Some of you have had to move your wedding date to next year, and some of you are still working to make your dream come true this year. While finding the right dress is supposed to be the most exciting part of wedding planning, unfortunately, it has become a very stressful reality nowadays


First of all, we want to say that we missed seeing all our beautiful brides and other clients at our store in Toronto. Many of you have emailed us expressing your concerns about wedding dress shopping. We have worked very hard with our Head Office and Production to address these concerns and find possible solutions.




 While our showroom in Toronto is now open, we still offer free online consultations daily. If you would like to book an online appointment or have any questions, please email us at Our consultants will show you different styles currently available at the store and try them on a mannequin to give you an idea of the fit and style of the dresses you choose.



For the first six months after reopening our showroom, we will expedite our production and delivery times for all orders, including both wedding and evening dresses. From the regular six to eight months of production and delivery, we will fulfill all orders within 2.5 – 3 months. If we do not have fabrics for a dress you want to order, or it is not available to order from our suppliers in such a short time frame, we will provide you replacement options, keeping the price the same even if its replacement material is more expensive. This will be subject to materials and capacity available at our Production facility in Europe – we will confirm each order immediately to ensure we can meet this time frame.



 We will not charge any RUSH fees on orders and alteration services until the end of this year. If you have a wedding this year, do not panic! You will be able to enjoy in-person bridal shopping experience with your family and friends, and have the required alterations done in time. If you do not want to buy online or do not want to settle on purchasing an “off the rack” wedding dress, you will still have the opportunity to have your own, brand new, dream wedding dress to walk down the aisle this year.



 To help brides feel special during this challenging time, we can extend our bridal appointments from 1 hour to 1.5 hours, with a complimentary second appointment (normally a $50 fee). If you like to book for 1.5 hours, please request it in advance There will be no charge for your second appointment. We understand how hard it can be to plan a wedding right now and want to take any possible stress off your shoulders. Please note that your online consultation will not be counted as your first appointment, and it does not obligate you to buy online if you prefer to come in person later and try the styles you like. Planning ahead with an online consultation can help you feel more confident in your decision when you feel comfortable wedding dress shopping again.



 Until the end of this year, we will provide an additional 15% off to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers who have not found their dress yet. The only condition is that you are buying a wedding dress or evening gown for yourself. This discount will be combined with any other promotions we have at the store. For example, if you like a dress on our sample sale and it is already discounted by 25%, we will add another 15% off. Your total discount will be calculated as 25% +15% = 40%! We are very grateful for all your dedication, fearlessness and strength as we fight COVID-19 together. We cannot thank you enough!



 Last but not least, for the first six months after reopening, every new client will receive $100 store credit. You can spend this credit on purchasing a veil, a second wedding dress, an engagement dress, or an evening gown for your next special occasion. We will also allow transferring this store credit to immediate family members, your daughter, mother or sister. Unfortunately, you will not be able to transfer this credit to your friends.
